“This study explores the effectiveness of internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) for individuals with insomnia or need help improving their sleep.
We’re looking at whether online CBT-I can improve sleep quality and efficiency, and whether it’s a viable alternative to traditional therapy. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the therapy immediately or after the study. The program includes 4 online sessions over 4 weeks, guided by trained coaches, with sleep diaries and optional follow-up interviews. Sessions are fully online and flexible to your schedule.
