I’ve been chatting with parents about how hard baby crying can be and how normal everyday music might help. Music is actually recommended to help with parents’ wellbeing by the World Health Organisation but not many of us parents know about it. This focus group will ask parents with little ones under 3 to share any experience or views about baby crying and what musical things might help. Distract, sing along to, listen to, move to, etc.

The aim is to use the research to help make some kind of music resource for parents especially when infant crying is tough and they’re on their own with their baby. Parents helping parents! Hope you might think about taking part with a very kind researcher whose own baby cried every 2hrs day and night! Focus group dates/times to suit parents who volunteer. Group(s) of 4-6 online on zoom.
