“We are conducting a fully online study to explore whether real-time telecounselling can help people overcome nicotine addiction. Participants will either receive six weekly sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy combined with Motivational Interviewing (CBT-MI) or be placed in a control group. The sessions are flexible and can fit your schedule. “
We’re looking to see if this intervention can reduce nicotine consumption, increase abstinence, and influence readiness to quit. Interested participants just need to complete a short form and book a screening call with our head researcher.”
