This is a study for my master’s research project. The research focuses on the experiences of women in STEM fields, specifically imposter syndrome and perfectionism and their effects on mental health. Participation could lead to crucial improvements in support and resources for women in STEM, breaking down barriers to fostering a more inclusive environment.
